Communist Germany Anthem?

Ironically Deutschlandlied only became the national anthem of Germany in 1922, so its still a possible candidate.

Or the Internationale?

Internationale at the time was Soviet national anthem - from 1917 to 1944.
So?
It's the anthem of International Communism in general and was originally written in French. The Germans won't worry that they're copying the Russians.
In fact having the same anthem (only in different languages) might be a rallying cry for socialist solidarity.

It'd be the Internationale.
It was already used by a variety of the Communist groups during the German Revolution so I don't see why it would change.

Same national anthem is not so odd thing than you can think. In OTL modern day Estonia and Finland have same anthem.

And melody of German anthem is same as Austro-Hungary's anthem. And same thing is with modern Russia and USSR, same melody.
