Communist Germany 1933 onward

In the Nazi party in Germany Hitler was the Highest member, but there were other members gunning for that spot. Ernst Rohm, the Leader of the SA was competition for that spot, and he was quite popular within the party. In the late twenties his redorict began to sound Marxist using words like Proletariot. What if Hitler was killed in his attempted Coup, and Rohm became leader of the Nazi Party. Would this lead Germany down a road of Socialism or even Communism.

For all intentions sake lets say that Rohm managed to become Chancellor or President and did what Hitler did to consolidate power. Germany forms an alliance with the Soviet Union and Spain(assuming that the Communists won the Spanish Civil war). These three countries form an "Axis" type alliance.

The final questions are basically 1). Which country would most likely be leader 2). What is the likelyhood of war in continental Europe 3). If France, Great Britain, and the United States acted similarly to the way they acted in real history, who would have won?

Even if Germany would become under socialist Nazis they'd still represent a completely different ideology from Soviet Communism, I doubt they could be friends or allies. Also, Germany had a strong communist party. Without the nazis who knows how well these guys could have done, even though I must say I have troubles seeing anything else than some kind of rightist dictatorship in Germany in the 30s.
