Columbia statue instead of Lady Liberty?

What if instead of the Statue of Liberty we know and love, A statue of Columbia was built? How might it be depicted and what effects might it have?

A obvious one would be that Columbia as a depiction of the US would likely still be a thing, while Uncle Sam would remain a personification of the military.

It would to be an US only project, as the French did not know Columbia and even if they did, it would not be a symbol of shared values the way Liberty was.

IMHO would be pretty similar but would probably have a wreath of stars, and also a sword and scales...

It could mean "Hail, Columbia" ends up the national anthem instead of the Star-Spangled Banner when Congress decides to officially choose one.
