Co-operative Party Breaks Away From Labour

The Co-operative Party is a political party in the UK that represents co-ops, and all their MP candidates have to stand for election as both Co-operative and Labour Party candidates (Labour Co-Op), essentially making them a faction of the Labour Party. But what if they broke away? With a POD of at least 1970, make this happen.
