Christian Egypt by 15th Century (broad level)

That was at the point of a sword/mass deportation. Not a great example of people installing Windows 95 because they preferred the older OS to the newer version of Windows (even though both platforms suffer from a few software bugs).
By 1492 most of Spain was Christian without mass expulsions despite being very Islamic 3-4 centuries prior, just because the Granadans(and the remaining Muslim Valencians) were converted one way doesn't mean the entire conversion was of that nature.
 
Perhaps Makuria ends up conquering Egypt either during the decline of the Fatimids (they were trading partners, but times change, and Makurian slaves provided the bulk of their manpower) or in the aftermath of a Battle of Montgisard where Saladin is killed (which very nearly happened IOTL)?
