Chechens and Crimean Tartars resettled in Eastern Prussia

What if instead of permamently forcefully deporting them into Central Asia and Sibiria, peoples of the Northern Caucasus like Chechens and also Crimean Tatars are partially resettled in Eastern Prussia after the war ? Maybe Stalin dies earlier.

First of all, they were deported before the USSR conquered East Prussia. So they would have to be moved *again.* But if you're going to do that, why not just return them to their original homelands? And if you're not willing to do that because you suspect their loyalty in a future war with the West, Kaliningrad is almost the *worst* place in the USSR to put them!

Due closeness of Western nations Stalin kept important full russification of Kaliningrad so Crimean Tatars and Chechens are absolutely last option which he would settle new oblast. Stalin knew that they aren't very trustable.
