Charles VI dies before Henry

OTL the treaty of Troyes stipulated that should Charles die before Henry V then Henry would become king of france and this stipulation was aknowledged by both the nobility of France and England and Charles himself. So what would happen had Charles passed away would Henry become King of France and if so how would the history of Europe play out with this now anglo-French superstate and can the union last.

Well it would largely depend on how much longer Henry V lived. The English nominally held France after Charles VI death for many years under the Regency of Henry VI. Henry V was a much better military leader than his sons regents. The French successes under Joan of Arc would likely not happened. If Henry V dies anytime before the rise of Joan of Arc I'd say that things would turn out much the same way.

The biggest factor if Henry V dies before 1428 is how Henry V living longer affects the upbringing of Henry VI. Would he be more decisive a leader or would he be still be uninvolved? How many more children would Henry and Catherine had? would there was a more suitable prince than Henry VI? Would we have seen a War of the Roses style conflict sooner amongst Henry V's sons given the clear mental issues Henry VI had? There are many paths this could play out. This would be a great POD.
