Charles Evans Hughes in 1920?

Hi all,
I've been reading this board for a while and I've seen a few people raise the prospect of a TR run for the WH in 1920, had he survived. I haven't yet seen a thread based on this,.
IOTL Hughes lost narrowly to Wilson in 1916, becoming Harding's Secretary Of State 4 and a bit years later. I understand his daughter was ill at the time of the 1920 convention-but what if she wasn't?
Would Hughes be able to gain the nomination in 1920, despite losing 4 years earlier?
Hughes was also an internationalist, so could this also be a potential problem, baring in mind Harding's nomination (and election) was seen as a reaction to the Second Wilson term? If so how could Hughes get round this?
Who would Hughes choose as a Running Mate?
I think it's safe to asume Hughes wins the election-In OTL circumstances a republican victory is asured regardless of the candidate, unless a major scandle comes out (which would be more likely with Harding running than with Hughes anyway).
So come March 1921, who does Hughes pick to be in his cabinet?
And what does a Hughes presidency in the 'roaring 20's' look like?
How is the economy affected?
I asume the Washington Treaty (or something like it) comes about ITTL, but can Hughes really play much of a bigger roll in world afares than Harding and Coolidge OTL, given the general apitite for isolationism?
