July 1923
Northern Indochina begins to completely fall under Chinese influence, a civil war breaks out in French Indochina, the north is quickly overwhelmed by Chinese backed guerrilla warfare rebels. The rebels use unnoticeable supply lines through the jungle in the North, key cities such as Vietname and Hanoi are easily overwhelmed by rebels storming the cities at night, disguised as civilians. The French have no suspects as to who may be leading or backing this rebellion, however, French troops are very unlikely to survive in the region, as Northern Indochina is a potential battleground for traps and deceptions. After a couple of weeks of fighting, the French roll back their troops to southern Indochina, with those troops, the Northern rebels begin to move south. With the north cleared, the Chinese begin to increase their occupation in the North. At first the French make a plea to the League of Nations, declaring the rebels in Indochina as Communists, however an official statement from the now developing political party backed by the rebels openly states that the rebels are centrists, unbiased and unopposed to any economic system, including capitalism. The French are pushed back to the northern Laotian border.
With the rebellion in Indochina, the French increase their occupation of their other colonies. Meanwhile, in the Northern Raj, Capitalism becomes a prime example of successful economic systems, the Nationalist front use their platform to accept capitalism and reach out and gain another 5% or so of the population, the Nationalists influence almost 55% of the population, the Socialists, ~35%. Informal borders begin to form in the Raj, the west being primarily Socialist, near Afghanistan, the East, being Nationalist. The Nationalists reach out to the British in order to allow them to reclaim some land if they aid the Nationalists in a war against the Socialists. The British refuse, as the Southern Raj is becoming increasingly unstable, and a war would spread out British troops far too much, the British are forced to cede some more land.
In Afghanistan, the Soviets seize key cities, such as Kabul, unofficial fighting breaks out between the Soviets and the Afghans, a military conflict arises, however almost 60% of the population is in support of a Soviet-Socialist system, the government is at a heavy fault in this war.
August 1923
In Southern Indochina, the French are continuously pushed back, Saigon remains as the last major French Controlled City in the south, the Chinese government drastically spikes Occupation in the north, occupying almost half of Indochina. The Nationalist Raj front, being outraged at lack of British support begins aiding a rebellion in Burma, in order to politicize the rights of the Burmese Buddhists and Hindus in the region. The Chinese most definitely back this, After many talks, the Chinese, Northern Raj Nationalists, and the British agree to a deal, in which stating the Chinese and Nationalists pay reparations for their respective caused destruction in the Raj on British property, in return for the territory of Burma.
In the Western half of the Northern Raj, the Socialist front meets with the USSR in order to stabilize their control, The USSR proposes that the Socialists secede roughly half of their controlled lands from the Northern Raj an form a new Islamic-Socialist Revolutionary republic. The Territory of Pakistan is declared an independent state and secedes from the Northern Raj in the second week of August of 1923, the remaining Socialists in the Northern Raj attempt to develop a buffer zone between the Chinese & Raj Nationalists, as well as the new state of Pakistan. The Chinese government agrees to cede a small segment of occupied land to the Pakistani government in return for local resources as well as a small reparations fee.
The Soviets begin to rush to the south of Afghanistan, with almost 90% of the country under Soviet rule, the remaining Anti communists, as well as government leaders, are exiled to either the Southern Raj, or Iran. The Soviets continue their push against the remaining un-organized rebels in the southern regions of Afghanistan. Ultimately, Lenin decides the fastest way to defeat the Afghan rebels is to open a second front through Pakistan. Pakistan, led by Soviet troops, declares war on the afghan rebel government, they begin a large push from the south, finally allowing for the defeat of the Afghans on August 29th, 1923. In the treaty of Kabul, Afghanistan is forced to become a Soviet Socialist Republic, and is admitted into the USSR on August 31st 1923.
The Nationalist front nationalizes the two major French occupied cities in the East Raj, they become Chinese occupied, meanwhile the Chinese begin to economically aid the Nationalists.
September 1923
On September 4th, the Pakistani Government graciously accepts the Soviet Union's request of admitting the new Nation into the Union, the Soviet Socialist Republic of Pakistan is now formed and admitted into the USSR on September 5th. Some socialists are outraged and they move to the remaining Socialist Raj in the North West.
A referendum is held in the Chinese Government, Yat-sen single handedly develops the Republic of China into the URoC, the Unified Republics of China. After Shek and a few other congress men finish drafting a special border for the new Chinese controlled Burma, Yat-sen goes to Burma to allow the government the choice of joining the URoC. Due to the fact that Burma is under Chinese occupation, the government in reality has very little choice in the matter. Meanwhile in the south, the Rebels in Indochina secure almost two thirds of Cambodia, with the majority of French troops being pushed back to the Horn of Southern Vietnam. The Government of the Indochinese rebels begins to expel the Socialist radicals which the Chinese flushed into the country in order to act as a catalyst for civil war, they are exiled to Dutch Indonesia, as well as Thailand, and even British Malaysia. The new Indochinese government has three autonomous regions, Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia, held together in a union, the autonomous regions of Indochina are quickly occupied by Chinese troops, Shek an Yat-sen meet with the Indochinese leaders in order to pitch the idea of having their country join the URoC, stating that much like Burma and Tibet, and even Mongolia, a great deal of autonomy is kept for those member states which choose to join the Union, and their sovereignty is guaranteed this way. After weeks of discussion the Indochinese accept, however there are still french rebels to the south of the country, the Chinese now officially have the responsibility of kicking the french troops out of one of their member states, by the end of the month, Indochina is fully Chinese.
After months of pressure on the Azerbaijani government, the People's Republic of Azerbaijan is formed due to the fact that the Socialists are able to pitch both Islam as well as Atheism in the region. Furthermore, the people of Azerbaijan had become incredibly restless with the fact that there was constant British military operations in the area, as well as extreme occupation of the region. The Soviets decide to use Azerbaijan as a buffer, and leave them outside of the USSR. The People's Republic of Turkey becomes increasingly likely to be founded as the socialist factions begin to unite under USSR influence and overwhelm the other factions forming the majority of the people in the Country. In Turkey, the USSR is able to take both Socialism, and Nationalism and form a National Socialist Front. This comes as the National Socialist front in Turkey would be a good way to prevent Italian, French or British intervention, as the country could now identify itself as a Fascist state. Turkey finally falls into the Soviet sphere of influence.
British troops are forced to seek refuge in East Turkey (British occupied area), and Northern Iran, Iran asks for aid from the British in order to stomp out any possible future Communist uprisings across the country.
Both the Soviets and the Chinese enjoy their newfound Indian Ocean sea access.
The Nationalist Front, in some cases more violently, begins to expand into regions of the Northern Raj which are still uninfluenced and unorganized, the Socialists also begin to move in on the remaining 10% of the population, towards the southern part of the Socialist-Nationalist border of India the remaining unorganized territory is split down the middle along the 76 Degree East Longitude. The Nationalists now influence around 62.5% of the population, with the Socialists controlling the other 37.5%.
Now with the Chinese modernizing at a rapidly increasing rate, while also holding a majority of the world's population in their sphere of influence, new militarization campaigns are allowed for the government, the Chinese are preparing for a Pacific war.
Also in addition, the Chinese have expanded in the South China Sea, claiming the remaining uncolonized islands.
