Changes in demographics by 1939 without WWI or major war? Effects?

Before WWI it seems that Britain, France, and Austria-Hungary had low growth. Japan, Germany, and Italy had modest. America and Russia had high growth.

In OTL, even after WWI Germany/Italy/Japan remained above Britain/France in TFR. America remained high as well. Russia imploded amidst murders, wars, famines, and a rapid collapse in fertility.

How might things change without a major war?

Will Germany outstrip Britain and France’s combined population by 1939?

Can Russia get a majority in Central Asia or any other areas of interest?

Will America keep its borders open longer without the war and rise of communism?

Will the Ottoman Empire undergo rapid population growth?

Other?

Russia will be much larger and more prosperous with 20 years of normalcy. Even a corrupt Czarist administration with a capitalist economy could leave Russians better off. To get a picture of European demographics and economics without the world wars, this lecture mentions looking at Ireland and Sweden as good models from OTL. Very gradual declines in fertility, but with a much larger population than OTL and drastic economics differences.

The Ottomans Empire will probably experience the same demographic growth of its otl former territories as it industrializes. If the empire's territories develop faster than otl, then Arabs and Turks will hit the demographic transition sooner with a lower population. The Ottoman Empire could probably bribe its population into not revolting with benefits from oil money the way Saudi Arabia and Kuwait do today.
