Some stuff created for it is available behind the two links in my sig. But I'm still only putting it together, so the whole image isn't entirely crystal-clear yet. I have a tentative sketch of historical developments from 1838 to roughly 2024 (the former being the earliest and most innocent of all the initial divergeces during the 19th century).
