Challenge: Make VPs Presidents

You challenge, should you choose to accept it is to replace the US President list for the last 50 years with the US Vice President list of the same time period. Note that I removed the periods when the office of the Vice President was vacant, and just had the next guy take over a little early. So, with a POD after March 31, 1948 (Al Gore's birthday, I want to make sure that all of these people exist as OTL) make this list of Presidents and the dates in office come true:

35. Lyndon Johnson (January 20, 1961 - November 22, 1963)
36. Hubert Humphrey (November 22, 1963 - January 20, 1969)
37. Spiro Agnew (January 20, 1969 - October 10, 1973)
38. Gerald Ford (October 10, 1973 - August 9, 1974)
39. Nelson Rockefeller (August 9, 1974 - January 20, 1977)
40. Walter Mondale (January 20, 1977 - January 20, 1981)
41. George Bush (January 20, 1981 - January 20, 1989)
42. Dan Quayle (January 20, 1989 - January 20, 1993)
43. Al Gore (January 20, 1993 - January 20, 2001)
44. Dick Cheney (January 20, 2001 - January 20, 2009)
45. Joe Biden (January 20, 2009 - Present)

As a bonus, see if you can have each of these candidates run for President against the same person they ran for Vice President against. So Johnson beats Henry Cabot Lodge in 1960, Humphrey beats William Miller in 1964, Agnew beats Edmund Muskie in 1968, etc.

Allright - I'll just do an outline.

-Lyndon Johnson fights a longer primary with Kennedy, resulting in a Vice Presidential Candidate Hubert Humphrey.

-Johnson is assassinated in November by Lee Harvey Oswald, Humphrey becomes President.

Now, for Agnew, this is a whole other POD list.

-Richard Nixon dies as a result of his 1960 Staph Infection, Nelson Rockefeller becomes the GOP Nominee in 1960.

-Sprio Agnew still becomes Governor of Maryland, although earlier.

-Angew decides to run for the nomination in 1968, with things looking grim for the Republican Party.

-Angew beats Humphrey by a narrow margin in 1968, but is convicted of fraud in 1973, and resigns, Vice President Ford becomes President, however, on Auust 9th, 1974, President Ford is assassinated. Vice President Rockefeller becomes President, but loses the 1976 election to Walter Mondale, although closely.

-President Mondale gets blamed for most of the problems of the latter seventies, and George H. W. Bush, a popular representative from Conneticut, wins the Presidency as a Republican.

-President Bush becomes one of the most popular Presidents in history, and Dan Quayle, an "up and coming" senator from Indiana, is elected President.

-Dan Quayle loses the 1992 election to Tennesee Senator Al Gore, who narrowly one the Democratic Nomination against Arkansas Governor Bill Clinton.

-Although Gore is popular, his latter Presidency is marked by scandal, and Former Secretary of Defense Dick Cheney is elected President. Cheney becomes an incredibly unpopular President during his latter years, after Presiding over an increasingly violent Middile Eastern War and damaged economy.

-Senator Joe Biden, along with former Arkasnas Governor Bill Clinton as Veep, is elected President.

There, is that good enough? :p
