Challenge: Louisianian Revolution

Got it, here is the map

My own "expansion map"... This is based off of the Nueces being the recognized Eastern border of Louisiana and it becoming a haven for Bonapartists right after the end of the Napoleonic Wars (which possibly end earlier, allowing more people to still support Napoleon)...

Will NE Minnesota still be/remain part of the U.S. ITTL? This gave me an interesting idea...

One doesn't have to own a port in order to use it. I suspect that the US in this scenario would press for a VERY lucrative trade agreement right away, a trade agreement the new Louisianian state really can't refuse...
well, this happened in OTL... France generally let the US use the port as often as they wanted. The problem was, every time France got pissy over whatever reason, they would raise the fees or threaten to shut down the port to us (and sometimes did). The US basically got tired of having such an important economic factor out of their control, which was why they kept trying to buy it. Of course, this LA nation would have not a whole lot of other income, so they might not get so huffy about it so often... but still, the US has a strong incentive to flat out conquer the place in the future...

What about another possible Pod... In 1791 Robert de Navarre the grandson of the Royal Notary led a party of French Royalists via horseback and batteaux to Philadelphia, and met with Washington, Gen Arthur Ste. Clair and members of his cabinet to seek aid for the French exiles who were forced to seek refuge in other lands.

They secured about three hundered acres of land to establish an asylum for the Royal family and other Royalists if they could escape from France.

The site selected was about 500ft. above the Susquehanna River in the State of Pennsylvania. It was located on the old Sullivan Trail (now Route 6) between the towns of Wyalusing and Towanda. About forty or more houses were erected and it was hoped that the Queen Marie Antoinette and members of the Royal Family might here find refuge. This was not to be but the two brothers of the ill-fated Louis XVI visited here for a short time.[/B]

So What If Marie Antoinette was able to leave Frace and go Azlium in 1791? Would Azlium claim the Louisiana Territory as their own or attempt to buy the land back from Spain? How would a Bourbon nation state relations with the French old country? Would they support the Hatian revolution and most importantly would the french settlers take having the Austrian queen as a Leader?

btw, How would a Independent Louisianian State deal with the Charles Deslandes slave revolt of 1811?

Lost points on that one Historico, keep Lousiana's borders to Louisiana's borders, you can gain land but not lose it.

I didn't necessarily say that.. What i had proposed was that The Independent Lousianian State would be centered in Azilum and gained the territory given to them by Washington.
