Challenge: Khwarazmian Conquest of the Jin Dynasty

I'm not sure whether to blame this on grandiose ambitions or inept biographers, but apparently Shah Muhammad of Khwarazm had his own desires to conquer the Jin Dynasty, which ruled Northern China during his lifetime. I personally don't think this is plausible at all, given how how Muhammad could barely handle the Kara-Khitai, and couldn't handle the Mongol invasion at all. However, because this topic encompasses three of this forum's favorite topics (Khwarazm, the Mongols, and China), I will put it forward to this forum.

So, what would be necessary for Khwarazm to conquer China, and how would it look like? Or is the idea completely impossible, and that Shah Muhammad is in over his head?

The Mongols invade the Jin instead of the Shah, when both are in trouble Khwarazm invades the region and they pray to God Genghis dies as they swiftly capture as many lands as they possibly can. This would, however, be unstable and it would remain almost impossible for him to rule from the distant steppe, especially with the Song actively attacking the Jin and probably taking a good half of its lands.

Edit: Forgot my dates. Still, a possible Jin-Song conflict would be the best bet.

Mohammad isn't in much of a position to do this even looking at things back home.

This won't end well for him.
