Challenge: Greater Hungary after 1945

Poland is watching Belarus right now. Big Polish minority there without political representation.
/grumble
All the Polish government does is watching.
I believe in both countries their parties actually have been parts of the government.
I don't remember how it's in Hungary, but regarding Poland it's simply untrue. There never was a Polish party of Polish minorities abroad.
That's the way to go.
I don't understand what are you trying to say.

Translated to English:
"And let us not forget how Croatia offered a personal union to the treacherous Antall-government, and how Ukraine offered Transcarpathia, which also happened in the early 90s, and Antall didn't accept"

I said Hungarians in Romania and Slovakia do have political parties and this parties did participated or do particpate right now in government affairs of this too countries. They got their own ministers etc.

but regarding Poland it's simply untrue. There never was a Polish party of Polish minorities abroad.
Well actually you are mistaken, there was political party of Polish minority in Czechoslovakia. Worked in Tesin area. It was Polskie Stronnictwo Ludowe and others small political parties which later joined Polskie Stronnictwo Ludowe in prewar Czechoslovakia. Polskie Stronnictwo Ludowe was created in 1922.
As to Poles in Belarus. I believe they do not have political representations there. That's all what I said. But I believe if political situation changed or if Lukasenko loose power there would be Polish party in Belarus. It is pretty possible that if situation will change Union of Poles in Belarus will change from national organization of Poles to Polish political party in Belarus.

I don't understand what are you trying to say.
Well did you read what I wrote about political representation of Hungarians in Romania and SLovakia?
So I meant what I wrote. That's the way to go. Get to the parliament, get part on governing the country of which they are part and if you they can enter to coalitionwith other parties, get your people into government.

Also, Hungary is not the only enemy of Romania: there is Bulgaria too.
Romania stole Transylvania from Hungary, and Dobrudja from Bulgaria.
Oh, and I should also mention the Rusyn people. They live in North-Eastern Slovakia and Transcarpathia. In Slovakia, they are subjected to the same forcefull Slovakization (accelerated assimilation) that Hungarians are subjected to, and they are subjected to Ukrainization in Ukraine.
They would probably side with the Hungarians in the war.

People have a tendency believe that Hungary is some sort of isolated country in the middle of Central Europe without any friends.
But that's false. Hungary does have friends and potential allies. Sure, Hungary's hated by her neighbours and Hungary returns that hate, but there are friends too, namely: Croatia, Poland, Germany and Bulgaria.
No, Romania stole only Souther Dobruja from Bulgaria. Northern Dobruja was given to them by the Russians. And after Romania returned Southern Dobruja in 1940 and a population exchange was carried out between Southern and Northern Dobruja, there's been practically no further interest in Romanian territory. Bulgaria would certainly not join an aggressive war against Romania.

As for the Russins, they would be unlikely to support Hungary, as Hungary is most foreign to them and has subjected them to Hungarinization in the past.

I don't remember how it's in Hungary, but regarding Poland it's simply untrue. There never was a Polish party of Polish minorities abroad.
There's actually a Polish minority party in Lithuania, Electoral Action of Poles in Lithuania.

I think there is.

And aren't there strong "Polish minority" organizations in Germany?

I wonder how ppl are mistaking nations being friendly to each other with willing to send own soldiers to die. I.e. Poland may be friendly with Hungary, but it doesn't mean that it'd support any Hungarian started wars. Real life is not a HoI game.

Huh. I think you underestimate the Poles. I do remember reading an article regarding the war in Yugoslavia in which it stated that the Poles promised to aid Hungary (even militarly - talks were held also on general staff level) should a "ethnic cleanisng" action start against the Hungarians in Vojvodina - something to which Hungary would be forced to respond to. Although this is very different from aggressive wars waged by Hungary.
