AH Challenge: With a POD of 1763 (end of the French and Indian War) Make the USA an Empire in the present day, ruled either totally autocratically or with nominal other institutions beyond the Emperor. (I seem to recall this being done before but do not recall where and cannot find it. I apologise if this is so.)
