Alexander lives a little longer, invades the Arabian peninsula. Establishes a few military garrisons named Alexandria-in-*insert place here* . After his death, a few hellenized successor kingdoms (or a successor kingdom maintains control of it) spring up.

Or, Antiochus IV succeeds in Hellenizing the Jews-shouldn't be that difficult if he doesn't make a few key mistakes.

i could see Alexander living a full life, and perhaps hitting multiple defeats somewhere later in life. Judging by what i've read of him, he would send explorers out. Especially after reaching the pacific ocean. If you look at the differences in cartography pre and post Alex, there is a noticeable shift in knowledge of the world. If he did conquer his way to Southeast Asia, im positive he would say "well theres two oceans on either side of us, lets see if they connect.

And at that point, the Native Americans have an entirely different fate.

Pyrrhus accepts the throne of Macedon when offered the chance, defeats the invading celts, goes then on to Sicilly and expels the Carthaginians, heads back to Greece and re-establishes nominal Macedonian hegemony over the Greek cities and then focuses all of his resources on defeating Rome, which he sacks after years of war. Before you know it, hey presto, hellenized southern and central Italy.

I think that their fate would be pretty much the same. Not only would it be pretty impossible for Alexander to conquer his way through Southeast Asia, but also in the event that he did his explorers still wouldn't have the naval capability to sail to the Americas and back.
