The Ukraine, the Baltics and Moldova have been detached from the Soviet Union and are under UN occupation, as are Poland, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria. Germany has presumably been reunified. The Crimea belongs to the Ukraine and Kaliningrad to Lithuania. Within the reduced USSR, Moscow is under UN occupation and is the occupation HQ; I assume UN forces have transit rights to and from the western border. Leningrad has been renamed Petrograd. Yugoslavia is still standing and the West Bank belongs to Jordan.

Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to have this map become reality at some point by the present day with a POD after October 27, 1951. Bonus points if it happens in 1960.
