Challenge: Britain, France, and Austria on one side

Given any possible POD from the Final Act of the Congress of Vienna, make it so that a general European war has the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, France (be it a monarchy or republic), and the Austrian Empire allied together. Bonus points if they win said war.

The easiest would be some kind of NATO vs Warsaw Pact war. Britain and France are already allied, and while Austria is officially neutral, it'd probably be pretty easy to construct a situation where they're forced to take sides and wind up coming in on the NATO side. The two problems with this as a response to the challenge are 1) you said "Austrian Empire", not "Republic of Austria", and 2) Ireland, apart from Ulster, is no longer part of the UK.

Another possibility would be for the Reassurance Treaty to be renewed in 1890. With the treaty renewed, 1) Russia doesn't feel the need to ally with France, and 2) When the existence of the treaty becomes known in 1896, outrage in Austria won't be mitigated by the fact that the treaty had by that point expired. Since Russia is still a viable ally for Germany, they won't feel obligated to patch things up with Austria at all costs to maintain their only Great Power ally. If the Austrian alliance with Germany breaks down, Austria will need a new ally, and France will still be looking for an ally against Germany. Furthermore, having Russia publicly allied with Germany rather than France would make the Anglo-French Entente make even more sense from both the British and French perspectives than OTL: Britain also sees Russia as a major strategic rival (OTL allying with Japan partially as a check on Russia) and now doesn't have to choose between seeking allies against Russia and seeking allies against Germany, and France needs a British alliance even more because Austria's a less effective ally against Germany than Russia would be. A general European war would still break out at some point around the 1910s -- if we posit no more than extremely mild butterflies, the assassination of Franz Ferdinand would still trigger the war, as Britain and France were initially very sympathetic to the Austrian position (Britain in particular trying to press Serbia to give in the all Austrian demands) until Germany and Austria started issuing ultimatums to France and Russia. Russia still has the same interests in the Balkans, and the Reinsurance Treaty explicitly commits Germany to back them. Germany allied with Russia would feel as obliged to support Russia to the hilt as they did to support Austria OTL.

Austria swings more heavily against Russia* during the Crimean War than in OTL?

This probably wouldn't open up a full-fledged second front in the war, but there'd probably be at least some skirmishing and 'rectification of borders' in Austrian Galicia/Congress Poland.

* Sure, Russia bailed out the Habsburgs during the Hungarian revolt of 1848, but the opportunity to get out from under Russian 'assistance', and a chance to redress the political balance in the Danubian Principalities, might draw the Austrians in.
