Is it possible for India to have Bhutan as a part of it even after independence? And even if it does retain it can it hold on to it or will an independence movement that will make Bhutan independent?

The way Sikkim was taken over by India in 1975 is an obvious parallel. If you can get India sufficiently interested in securing its frontier and mobilize a pro-Indian constituency among the Nepalis, much is possible. The key differences between Sikkim and Bhutan is that the latter had a stronger position, with explicit international recognition of its independence and a relatively smaller Nepali population.

Was there any support by some people in Bhutan to be a part of India?

I honestly do not know. I imagine that there was some sentiment among the Nepalis in favour of a change in the political system--that's why so many were ethnically cleansed in the early 1990s.
