Challenge: American Football has a sizable niche in China and India

China had 7.5 million Super Bowl viewers in 2017. A miniscule portion of their overall population.

How can we increase that number to 25-50 million in China, and atleast a third of that in India?

Or at least, how popular can we make the NFL in these giant markets? Preferably with their own niche leagues as well.

Following WW2, a KMT victory, a Marshall plan for China, and long term US bases in China could be a start. US built secondary schools, especially if they educate Chinese and American children together, provide the basis for the game to spread.

As I think about this plan, it occurs to me that it is more likely to spread baseball. The timing doesn't see right for football.
