Challenge: Abrahamic Showdown in the Holy Land

How could there be a scenario where the Levant is divided into:

(a) A (Anglo-?)French Catholic state, possibly a Kingdom of Jerusalem

(b) A Zionist Jewish state

and

(c) A (unrecognized) Muslim state supported by the Arab world.

edit: I was kind of thinking that all three sides may possibly in conflict (and the Catholic and Zionist states are backed by different groups of the West), but you may choose to draw alliances as your creativity sees fit.

I would assume a POD around the time of the Crusades in which Salahadin doesn't conquer Jerusalem and the First or Second Kingdom survives until today.

With a POD after 1900, I would say France is overrun. No Vichy. Millions of the French are rounded up and sent to the French colonies in Syria and Lebanon to maintain the French government-in-exile. After the war, most return home, but a sizable enough population remains that Lebanon is now majority French Roman Catholic, rabidly supports a Zionist Israel, and both are major terror targets of Hammas and Hezbollah.
