Challenge: a superpower Poland thread

Could Poland be the great power of central Europe as Germany is in OTL? Would it require the continuation of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth or was there some other way of this coming about?

Some random points:

Jagiellonians (Piasts?) not dying out or dying later - monarchy accumulating more powers
Annex East Prussia. Seriously, It could have happened like 139 times, but somehow didn't.
Expansion into Silesia/Pomerania - stronger burghers would help monarchy to fight the power of magnates.

Possible POD: happens in 1410

Battle of Grunwald goes as OTL (which was a huge victory for the Poles) however in OTL the King Jageillo waited three days to besiege Marienberg, the capital, and let the Teutons prepare. So for a POD he doesn't wait, advances and captures Marienburg.

In the peace treaty, the Teutons lose alot more land, but aren't disbanded like the poles want. This bigger victory gives the Jageillon kings more prestige, the Teutons less tax base and even larger financial ruin for the Teutons leading to a earlier collapse for the Teutonic knights with enough butterflies to continue the Jageillon dynasty for far longer.

The main point would necessarily be to consolidate centralised power somehow, so that the Rzeczpopolita doesn't decay into the farce it later became (Fun fact: In Sweden, "Polish Parliament" is still a byword for confusion and indecision...). I wrote up a Polish superpower in very loose terms for a ME game; it had the Waza kings avoiding the big Cossack Rebellion before "the Deluge" and containing the Swedish invasion with a larger Royal army, using the power obtained from that to force through reforms. I don't know how realistic that scenario is, though...

Do you mean AIOTL? Because up until 1500 Russia was second rate, and they were only considered slightly better than that until Peter the Great.
"Considered" is very dangerous word, not really deep rooted in reality, as far as Western perception of Russia is concerned. Hitler "considered" Russia military inferior, remember...
