Cesare Borgia fights in the Battle of Pavia

I was thinking what if Cesare Borgia survives to the Battle of Pavia and fights on the French side - he died under the service of a vassal of the French King in OTL, what would be its effects in the history of Europe.

He died in 1507, Pavia was 1525. Not only would that battle have been butterflied by Borgia's continued exploits, but the war it was fought in would have as well.
