Celtic Noricum stays independent

In 15 BC. OTL the Celtic Kingdom of Noricum in modern Austria became part of the Roman Empire, first autonomous later fully integrated. For centuries it defended itself against invaders like Germanic tribes etc. What if it stays a celtic entity for centuries more ?

It's very rare for client states to remain independent from Rome for long. The only exception is the Kingdom of Bosphorus; it's likely if Noricum had survived as an autonomous entity, it would've been annexed by force or the king would will the kingdom to the Roman emperor.
