King George VI is one who would live longer without taking up cigs.

What would change for other famous people if they'd never taken up smoking?

Pre-1900 but non-smoking or at least lesser smoking Friedrich III would change a lot when he wouldn't get throat cancer.

Walt Disney might live some years longer without smoking but I am not sure if it change much on popular culture.

Well Roy Castle didn't smoke. He still died of lung cancer before his time. Reckoned he got it from secondary smoke in clubs when he played trumpet, and one of the main drivers behind the smoking ban in pubs, etc.

The late great John Wayne. Could just imagine him as a retired general, or still serving, in some of the 80's action movies, with Arnie, Stallone, Ludgren, Norris etc

Having him die in the early 70's because of him quitting around the time of Cinderella ATL might make Aristocats better and WDW might handle budget better, but not much.

Probably Wayne wouldn't be anymore very notable actor altough he might be one of biggest Hollywood supporters of Ronald Reagan.

EDIT: How much it would change in popular culture if Humphrey Bogart wouldn't had smoke or had smoke lesser? Or was his career already declining? How longer living Bogart would affect to Lauren Bacall's career if they ever marry in this scenario?

I watch a video on The making of the Hunted Mansion in Disney Land and Disney World.
Walt like some ideas from some of the creators that no one else did. So if he lived, we see a very different more 60's psychedelic tone in the Hunted Mansion.

Not a big change but I find it interesting.

I heard George Peppard smoked three packs a day or something (he died of lung cancer in 1994). Apparently, Peppard completed a pilot for a new show called The P.I. (with actress Tracy Nelson) before his death.
