Cartoons of Great Britain, Nazi Germany, USSR, and Italy During WW2

If The US had Tom and Jerry and the Looney Tunes during the war, what did they have?

Thanks in advance!

I couldn't find an original fascist animated movie from Italy but this is pretty close :):

Titled "Ο Ντούτσε αφηγείται" (Il Duce narrates), this anti-war short animated film began in the greek island of Sifnos during the italian fascist occupation in 1942.

Thanks! But were there non-propaganda cartoons in those country during WW2?
I know that Looney Tunes got into it with "In the Fuehrer's Face" etc, but normally it was solely for entertainment.

Hi,
