The Invaders is an American television science-fiction series created by Larry Cohen, starring Roy Thinnes produced by QM Productions and aired on ABC from 1967 to 1968.

To cash-in on the success of Filmation's Star Trek, DePatie-Freleng Enterprises enter negotations to do another half-hour Saturday morning take on a 1960s science-fiction program. Friz chose The Invaders. DePatie-Freleng however began work on this project in association with QM Productions and Worldvision Enterprises. He approached he hired Joe Ruby and Ken Spears (fresh off from Bailey's Comets) to develop the show, which was credited as "in association with".

ABC however signed on to broadcast the show for Saturday mornings, broadcasting the show right before Korg, 70,000 B.C. at 10:30 a.m., placing Hong Kong Phooey, The New Adventures of Gilligan and Devlin onto the 8:30 a.m., 9:00 a.m., and 9:30 a.m. slots. and it lasted 16 episodes long. The score for the Saturday morning animated series was music composer Dean Elliot, who also scored many other DePatie-Freleng productions like Return of the Planet of the Apes. ABC however pulled the show in 1975.

Fully ITTL, IOTL, Yogi's Gang was moved over to 8:00 a.m. for the fall 1974 season, before The Bugs Bunny Show, Hong Kong Phooey, The New Adventures of Gilligan and Devlin and the animated version of The Invaders didn't happen.
