Caroline of Baden-Durlach

A little known fact (at least to me, in any case) is that Karoline of Baden-Durlach, OTL's first Queen of Bavaria and stepmother to Auguste of Bavaria, Madame de Beauharnais, was originally betrothed to the murdered duc d'Enghien. However, her parents broke the engagement off once it became clear that the Revolutionary government was not just a flash in the pan. Enghien's murder resulted in her dislike of France. However, if one considers her OTL fertility it seems likely to me that Bourbon-Condé could've staged as big a revival as the house of Orléans.

What might be the result if she marries Enghien instead of his de Rohan wife? She already had a sister who was Russian empress, another who was queen of Sweden, plus her twin sister was considered as a potential bride for Emperor Franz II, the duke of Clarence and the Crown Prince of Prussia. And is it possible that of Enghien is unavailable, she might be considered for Berri?

Here's the article that made me wonder this: The First Bavarian Queen

If the marriage in 1797, then the couple has at least 7 years to try and produce a child. In 1801 they may emigrate to Russia where Caroline's sister is the Empress. However - it's worth to note that OTL's Caroline surviving children were all girls, and this complicates matters a bit in terms of future survival of Bourbon-Conde, unless the tendency is butteflied away with new marriage.
As for Duc de Berri, TTL (if the PoD is "match is agreed on") he may still stay in Russia without leaving for England. May end up with this lady:

to spite Napoleon. The marriage is a lot more distant then what she got in OTL.
