Carlist victory in the Spanish Civil War

Ok, with a POD just before or during the Spanish Civil War. How could we end up with a Carlist regime (with a king on the throne not just a regent:p) in power and what effect would this have on Europe as a whole?

Saving Jose Sanjurjo from his plane crash would be a good starting point.

Keeping most Basques from siding with the republic would help. But I can't see that happen. Maybe the Peoples Front steers a more centralist and/or anticlerical course and pisses them off?

Otherwise:

- Kill Franco (to powerhungry, to much unexpected politcal ability)

- Maybe unkill Jose Antonio Primo de Rivera to prevent him from becoming a martyr.

I don't think this could happen, at least keeping in mind that during that time, Carlism is strong only in the Basque Country and Navarre. The first thing is that Falange Española should not rise to become a powerful movement...
... also perhaps a more anti-federal position from the Popular Front government, which could cause a rise of the fueros support?

This would result in possibly less support for Fascism (unless the Carlists worked with Franco), and Aleister Crowley claiming a knighthood for his services to the Carlist cause.
