1. Laurier passes "reciprocity", ie free trade, and goes to the country in 1912.

2. Conscription causes the King cabinet to disintegrate in 1942. A conscriptionist Liberal prime minister takes his place.

3. Mackenzie King passes reciprocity in 1946.

4. Louis St-Laurent forms a minority coalition with the CCF iin 1957 despite polling fewer seats than the PCs.

5. Diefenbaker is defeated outright in 1962 or 1963, the Liberals win a majority government.

11. Stephen Harper wins the 2004 election with a minority government.
