A too perfect answer but one that I am going to give would be that these 3 units Acadia, Quebec and Ontario along with Agincourt (the 6th QE originally ordered not the 'seized' Brazilian/Ottoman ship) are built instead of the Rs and instead the 'Revenges' are laid down later as 3 or 4 OTL Renown class BCs
The additional 4 QE's are laid down instead of the first 4 Revenges - which along with 4 more revenges are instead ordered later - however they are all cancelled before being laid down upon the outbreak of war and Admiral Lord Fisher upon becoming First sealord petitions and subsequently gains permission to restart construction of the first 4 as 4 Battlecruisers designed to enter service quickly.
The 2nd Batch of QEs
Name Builder laid down Launched Commissioned
Agincourt Vickers-Armstrong 22 December 1913 29 May 1915 1 February 1916
Arcadia Palmers 29 November 1913 14 January 1915 30 December 1916
Quebec HM Dockyard, Davenport 15 January 1914 17 November 1914 1 May 1916
Ontario HM Dockyard, Portsmouth 15 January 1914 29 April 1915 18 April 1916
The Renowns
Name Builder laid down Launched Commissioned
Renown Vickers-Armstrong 25 January 1915
Resolution Fairfield, Goven
Royal Sovereign John Brown Clydebank
Royal Oak HM Dockyard, Portsmouth
This gives the British 7 QEs potentially available in Mid 1916 and 9 + 4 Renowns by 1918
The 2nd batch would likely have benefitted from learnings from the first batch and might actually attain their designed speed of 25 knots
The 4 Renowns delay the ordering of the Admirals and these are suspended and then delayed and ultimately cancelled
Instead following on from the Washington Naval treaty in 1920 4 x 35 Kton 'Admiral or Nelson class' vessels designed with all the learnings from the Battles of Jutland and Jade built between 1923 and 1926 along the lines of the G3 design with 2 triple turrets mounting improved 15" Guns forward of the superstructure and one Triple in the Q position amidships - Capable of 27 knots (28+ on Emergency power) they were the first true Fast 'modern' battleships.
