Can the Power Loom be designed earlier?

A question for a timeline I'm working on, in regards to the Power Loom, the first one was designed and built in 1784, is there anyway that it could be designed earlier, say around the 1760s? And if so, what consequences might this have for the industrial revolution?

Well you would have to move the lines haft back a few years earlier.

Earliest I can find is 1776. You need to move that back to 1750s if you want a Power Loom back in the 1760s.

The Spinning Jenny was invented in 1764 and was the biggest driver towards mechanised looms so if you move that back I suppose it's more doable.

Anyway in short you need to move a half dozen things back if you want to move the power Loom back.
