The best POD is right before the battle, the Russian Czar and the Prussian King, along with most of their senior staff, were nearly captured by French cavalry, but the cavalry didn't know it was them, and gave up the chase.

If the french capture the russian and prussian staff before Leipzig, the russian and prussian armies and government are beheaded.
No more coordination for manoeuvering. Napoléon can have a much more than decent peace with the continental members of the 6th coalition.
Things will take more time with the UK because in the super of 1813, the french had almost completely been expelled from Spain by the anglo-spanish forces.
Could Napoleon turn his attention to Spain and personally lead an army there? Or should he just scrap the whole thing and leave whatever Spanish government that takes control to their own devices with the guerillas?
He came cclose to winning on 16 October (Day 1) in the southern portion of the battle at Wachau. Had the French also held in the North this would have amounted to a French tactical victory at Leipzig
But, given te numbers of Allied troops coming against him and the incrreasing disloyalty f the German Allies the 1813 campaign was most likely already lost. The only thing that might save Napoleon was a really decisive French victory and, by October 1813 IMHO that was probably mpossibble.
So, ven wih aFrench victory t Leipzig the end result would jhave been much the same given Napoleon's refusl to do a political deal. It would mean many thousands more casualties on both sides and a more prolonged struggle

I will have to disagree on this one. If Napoleon is killed, I'm pretty sure it's Game Over for France. My Username is Inigo Montoya said:Best case for France: Napoleon is killed, the Tsar and the King of Prussia are taken prisoners.
