As we know after YKW Egypt and Israel signed a treaty that returned Sinai to Egypt (under certain conditions) but Syria didn't get nothing similar, paving way for their defeat in Lebanon 9 years later.
but WI something similar would be concluded with Syria as well, syria getting Golan in echange for peace treaty? There are two obstacles though. Egypt performed better in YKW, if because of nothing else due to the fact that their major cities were not threatened while Damascus was almost surrounded, showing that Syrians were trully defeated. so Syrians have to do better but the trick is not good enough for Israle to roll out nukes. Maybe if they are stopped as per OTL but IDF doesn't break through and launches their own counter-offensive as well. Maybe Egyptians move out sooner, taking the pressure off them?
second thing is that unlike Sinai Golan is more than just a buffer zone. It is important piece of land for control of water, which far outweights the often mentioned platform for arty shellings of Israel. so any return would have to cover that in addition to demilitarisation, something Israle would certanly insist on.
Of course that would mean differnet LCW and wouldn't cover Jordan, both because West Bank is most important piece of occupied territories for Israel and because Jordan stayed out of YKW so they couldn't demand it in return for peace as there was no basis for such demands.
