Any thoughts? Say Christianity doesn't Go Big (maybe Paul doesn't help spread the religion). Could Buddhism Get Big in Europe?

Wouldn't it make more sense for it to spread through contact with Greeks? Greco-Buddhism was already a thing.
Yes, but mostly in Asia and India. Greco-Buddhism didn't really spread westward like, say, the Cult of Ishtar (or indeed Christianity) did.
There are two ways it could happen -
- Greco Buddhist States in Afghanistan conquer Iran, leading to them directly bordering the Roman Empire, with which there are better relations than OTL Parthia and Rome due to similiar Greek culture, due to cultural and economic exchanges, it results in Greco Buddhism spreading and adapting across the Roman Empire. This is a very much a possible scenario
- Huns are Buddhist and leave a Buddhist imprint in Central and Northern Europe, which converts due to Hunnic efforts. This is much less likely
