In this Scenario, Britain suffers a big defeat at Dunkirk. Confidence is shaken and terms are reached with Nazi Germany. A simple status quo peace-recognition of Germany's dominance on the continent, Italy gets Malta and joint administration of Egypt. No restrictions on Britain's Military but they must end support for European governments-in-exile. Germany demands no colonies back or anything either and a POW exchange is organised but drags on for some months.
In 1941, the Nazis roll over the Soviets with Leningrad and Moscow falling by December. Stalin is killed. Mop-up operations continue in the East into 1942 but the Soviet's conventional military resistance is more or less over.
In December 1941, Japan attacks Pearl Harbor and its OTL targets across the Pacific. The USA gets a DOW on Japan but not on Germany since there is no active U-boat war in the Atlantic or war in Western Europe.
So, taking all that into account, what are Britain's options and how will society develop in this world?
