Since most British Army equipment and their structure before WWI was based on experience from the Second Boer War, what kind of equipment would they be using by 1914 if the war never happened?

I think given the structure and attitude of the army before the war, they might just allow their army to stagnate even further than it was in 1899 and might still use the same equipment they used at the start of the Second Boer War into WWI. I could be wrong, however, and I wanted to see what everyone else thinks about it.

I am, of course, assuming that the Boxer Rebellion and Russo-Japanese War don't trigger any changes or reforms to the British Army, since they didn't OTL.
