Brazil takes Portugal's colonies in Liberal Wars?

I was thinking, say Miguel wins the civil war in Portugal, kicking out Pedro and the liberals. Now despite that, the liberals always had the advantage at sea, plus connections to Brazil and politically with Britain.

Could we see Pedro return to rule Brazil but oversee the takeover of Portugal's colonies? Perhaps have him maintain the UKPB fiction in order to give his land grabs more legitimacy. Apparently the leaders in Angola at least hummed and harred over joining Brazil due to the slave connection. Could this ideological cold war see the Empire jump to Rio en masse?

I could see Britain being tacitly supportive as Miguel was seen as pro-French and so would be keen to have the Portuguese Empire remain under friendly control.

Any thoughts?

Does this include, say, Macao or Dili? A Brazil with an East Asian presence would have interesting effects (Maybe they can curry British favor giving them parts of Portuguese India and/or Mozambique).

I'm not saying it couldn't be done, but there are economic factors here that would make a transition to Brazil as the mother country difficult. This is the 1830s, so there is pretty much zero industry in Brazil, and it isn't even located adjacent to other industrial centers, so a mercantilistic economy between Brazil and the other Portuguese colonies wouldn't work nearly as well as with a similar relationship with Portugal.
