Bourbons superpower

My assumption: Ferdinand III in the years 1636-1639 is an accident or illness, after which it can not have more children. His heirs are the only son of Ferdinand and daughter Mariana, who later became the wife of the King of Spain, Philip IV and Ferdinand died childless in 1654. His father died three years later. Would it be an opportunity to unite all the countries of the Habsburg? And if so, would it be possible inheritance of all the Bourbons after the death of Charles II?

Well, in theory any of Ferdinand's Habsburg possessions as well as the imperial title (most likely) pass to his remaining brother, Leopold Wilhelm. If Leopold Wilhelm dies without issue as OTL, then the next Habsburg to succeed is Ferdinand Karl of Tyrol (who only lived a month longer than Leopold Wilhelm), who his daughter(s) marry here would obviously determine who gets the crowns of Bohemia and Hungary, as well as the Austrian lands, should Ferdinand Karl's brother, Sigmund Franz, die without children as OTL.

Obviously, once Ferdinand IV dies, I could see the Emperor having Leopold Wilhelm released from his ecclesiastical titles, perhaps even sooner if Ferdinand realizes that he can't have more kids. Good wife for Leopold might be his OTL sister-in-law, Maria Leopoldina of Tyrol, but she could just as easily be married off to Karl I of the Palatinate as was planned OTL, and he gets stuck with her wannabe-nun sister, Isabella Klara.
