Bourbon dynasty of Roman Empire

Not that I can see. The closest I can see this being achieved is after the Napoleonic Wars, but it is still pretty ASB-ish...

I would have to agree; by the time the Bourbons are in power the Roman Empire is quite dead. That said, I would imagine that a hypothetical Bourbon super-state would probably adopt Romanesque imagery (it's a common thing for most major European empires) and might even call itself the new Rome. An official name change from France to Roman Empire would not be grossly implausible at some point if the state steeps itself in enough Roman nostalgia and/or wants to placate non-French subjects by taking a more inclusive name.

Depends what you would consider constitutes a revived Roman Empire. A Bourbon monarch could concievably do something similar to what Napoleon did (or do what Louis XIV did, but better), and somehow become Holy Roman Emperor in the process. But I sense that's not the sort of thing you're looking for.
