Except Lincoln.
Sorry, couldnt resist using the trope.
Anyways, WI John Wilkes Booth's plot succeeded, both Secretary of State Seward and Vice President Andrew Johnson are killed. Hell expand the plot and add some northern Congressmen to the list if you want, we're already giving Booth a magical ticket here. The title doesnt really make much sense anymore anyways, since i originally had a lot of congressman die in this WI, but i got to lazy to write it down so just mix and match congressmen that get added to the assassination list in this scenario.
But Lincoln lives. Booth during his assasination attempt trips, falls and misfires, shooting himself. Followed by being beat into submission by General Grant, who decided to go to the theater that day rather than his trip.
Booth dies the next day.
But Lincoln Lives! How does this affect things?
