Bona Sforza Triumphant

On 1527, Bona Sforza would decide to take care of her health and focus on her health rather than just join joustings as she would be the regent in the case her own husband dies, she would give birth to a son named Olbracht.

On 1528, Bona Sforza would swap the Duchy of Bari with the suzerainty of the Duchies of Opole, Raciborz and Cieszyn as the final condition of her swap of Silesia and Bari and on 1529, Opole and Raciborz would be sold to the Polish crown and John II of Opole would retire in a monastery and give the administration of the Duchy to the Polish crown and that treaty swapping Bari with the Upper Silesian Duchies was treated as a Polish Victory in the Polish speaking Duchies of Upper Silesia.

Sincerely, I don't know. She was a foreigner and she was not that popular, but she had her own associates and was a known schemer. The outcome would be up to totally random things - like personality of regents chosen by nobility. If they would be willing to negotiate with Bona, they could achieve peaceful solution. If not, there could be even a civil war.
