Bohemian Dominated Holy Roman Empire, Effect on Hussite Wars

I was thinking of a scenario where Bohemia becomes the dominate power in the Holy Roman Empire. Victory at the Battle of the Marchfeld and a collapse of Hapsburg power seems like the best opportunity. I'm also curious how this would effect the Hussite Wars?

A PoD in Marchfeld simply butterflies the Hussites completely.

The Hussites were pretty much the Lutherans decades earlier, discontents with the corruption in the church, the immoral conduct of the clergies (The Luxembourgs had turned Prague in a major center of Catholic clergy) and the selling of indulgences were all factors to promote the ideals of Hus. You should also note that by 1415 Bohemia was the premier power of the HRE as the seat of the King of the Romans.

The reason the Hussites rebelled was because Siegsmund broke his promise of safe passage granted to Hus and burned him at stake.

I see it butterflies the whole issue then. So I guess the goal would be to keep Bohemia in its powerful position?

Pretty much.

Have Charles IV's eldest son Wenceslaus not be a drunk idiot or simply kill him before his father, for all his faults Siegsmund managed to keep Hungary more or less safe from the Ottomans (even if it meant concessions to the Nobility and heavy monetary problems), being Bohemian more than Hungarian may lead him to handle the Hussite problem better.
