Blaine Defeats Cleveland in 1884

The election of 1884 was fairly close, and was decided by a narrow margin in the State of New York, if I remember things correctly. Now I am not sure how in particular to flip the margin in Blaine's favor, but given how close the election was, it seems well within the realm of possibility. So for the moment let's say Blaine wins New York's electoral votes, and therefore the election. How does Blaine govern in comparison to Cleveland? Presumably, there will be some sort of pension passed during Blaine's term, and an increased Tariff. Perhaps Blaine would not be as veto happy as Cleveland was. What would be the economic impact of removing Cleveland and placing a Republican administration in his place? Could Blaine be reelected in 1888? What impact, if any, would Cleveland's defeat have upon the Democratic Party in the years ahead? Who would the Democrats nominate in 1888? Just generally, what would a Blaine administration look like?
