Bigger Switzerland

Challenge: Make a ATL(alternate timeline) where Switzerland has the borders shown in the picture above.

Extra Challenge: Have the French speaking areas of this ATL Switzerland experience a linguistic shift from various dialects of French to Swiss German.

During the Treaty of Turin, Britain pushed for some or all of Savoy to be annexed to Switzerland, though no one else really wanted that (including Switzerland, since they feared it would make their state too strongly concentrated in French-speaking lands, and with insufficient republican tradition).

Having the Romands start speaking German is basically impossible.

Have the Swiss schools mandate German, French, Italian, and English. Maybe not a linguistic shift but it gets everyone in those areas speaking (potentially cacophonic) German.

Is it possible for Switzerland to promote the dialects in the country to further diverge from French, Italian and Swiss German to become nigh unintelligible languages in their own right derived from Artipan / Franco-Provençal, Lombard and Walser / Alemannic?

That is assuming the regional dialects are already promoted as opposed to standard French, Italian and German in Switzerland.
