Britain and France go to war with Germany over the Czech crisis. I think Harry Turtledoves scenario is plausible. Hitler attacks his enemies. The British and French are able to stop the German offensive in Northern France. Stalemate ensues. By December, Hitler is frustrated and decides to starve Britain and France by unrestricted submarine warfare. He thinks he can force their surrender before the American can mobilize. German subs go into US waters. Congress declares war in May 1939. US troops arrive in April 1940. Germany surrenders in February 1941. As the Soviets were not involved, there is no Cold War. The Soviets remain isolated The permanent members of the UN Security Council are US Britain and France. The US although a member of the UN returns to isolationism. There is no Pacific War. Japan still occupies much of China. The UN works out a sanction program to pressure Japan to withdraw. They are successful,as the Japanese government does not want to go to war with enemies not distracted by a war in Europe. Jaing returns to power in China but still has to fight Mao's forces. There is no Korean War and Ho's insurgents do not get the aid to mount a large scale war. There is also no Holocaust. ( The no Holocaust threads inspired me. ) German Jews suffered under Hitler but there is a much, much smaller death toll. Israel gets less support. There are not millions of Jewish refugees. The German Federal Republic installed in 1945 by the Allies promises equal rights for all.

Then you really need to read up more on the history of the period. Germany being able to defend itself, let alone launch a series of successful offensives, when at war with Britain, France, Czechoslovakia, and the Soviet Union at the same time, was a prospect that gave the German general staff nightmares in 1939, when they'd significantly improved on the weaker and smaller Wehrmacht of 1938.
