Best/worst case Turkey after WWI

Hi all,
Turkey got it pretty bad after the war, losing most of its territory but ultimately keeping Anatolia and Constantinople.
So what's the best and worst case for them?
PoD is October 1918 (so no CP victory)

Worst case is, when the Soviets still invade and occupy Kars and maybe even occupy Eastern Anatolia for some dumb reason. But unlikely to happen given the intention of Lenin against the British and 'imperialists'. Realistically, the worst case is if Greece does not move beyond Izmir. Turkey is without Eastern Thrace, Izmir, Marmara region. Economically needy regions. And Britain decides that Sevres must be enforced, so Turkey is an Anatolian state.

The best case is... The Soviets agree with more then they should accept. Like they accept Turkey regaining Batum and allow Yerevan to be taken. The latter is just as possible as a Soviet intervention in Eastern Anatolia... But hey, why not. And additionally there is North Iraq to be kept. The Mosul Vilayet was a part of tension up until 1926. If Britain did not occupy it post-Mudros it is likely that it might remain Turkish. Additionally there is a little more to gain like the Turkmen region in latakia, Syria and Nakchivan, Azerbaijan. But not more. Western Thrace would no be possible in even the best case scenario.
