Best Weapons between 1930-39

How about the Polikarpov I-16? Though tricky to fly, any pilot who mastered that plane in latter half of the 1930's flew a fighter that could for its day compete against any foreign competition--and that included the Messerschmitt Bf 109 B/C models, the Mitsubishi A5M, and Nakajima Ki-27! Mind you, when the Bf 109E and Mitsubishi A6M arrived on the scene, the I-16 became obsolete....

Radar. Whilst it had certainly been considered well before the 30s and some simple systems had been built using basic theories it wasn't until the pulsed system was used that it really became effective.

Sub Machine Guns:
Thompson 1928 and Steyr 1935 would be good for the thirties until easier produced weapons come into production in the next decade.

Camouflage
Maybe a further push into Zeltbahn type clothing items could yield a general issue pattern by the end of the decade. Afterall, the first camoflage zeltbahns were introduced in 1931.
