Best time to kill Kaiser Wilhelm II

What/where is the best way to kill the future Kaiser Wilhelm II where:

1) He does not have any of his offspring yet
2) Prince Heinrich has had as much of his eduction

I am trying to get, for a time line I'm thinking of, a prince Heinrich as much like OTL as possible, meaning had a similar childhood and upbringing, and place him on the throne.

So Wilhelm needs to die no later then May 1881.

Have Wilhelm die in childbirth. His arm was crippled when he was born so its not a stretch to have him die.

The problem with this is that it results in Prince Heinrich being the heir from birth. He would, I assume, receive a hugely different upbringing as a result. He would not be allowed to join the Imperial Navy cadet program, most likely.

Would he still be humble, open, rational, diplomatic person he was, if he were raised under the pressure of being crown prince?

It´s been a while since I´ve done any research on the subject, but IIRC one of their brothers died of diphteria when Wilhelm and Heinrich were in their teens - Wilhelm was 18, I think, and the dead brother was 7 or so. Have Wilhelm die instead of his little brother.

There is a biography of "Kaiserin Friedrich" (Victoria, the Princess Royal) that states that Prince Wilhelm was very much indoctrinated against her and her "un-German, British ways", Heinrich was less so (but still a bit) while Waldemar was very much his mother's darling. His death devastated her.

While I certainly don't advocate the killing of multiple Hohenzollern princes, the reign of massively anglophile Kaiser Waldemar sounds very interesting. Perhaps with a longer chancellorship of Caprivi?
